Shipping Policy

Shipping rates Shipping is free to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Orders to European Union countries and Australia ship for a flat $6.99.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery time After processing, delivery takes 7–20 business days in total. During the winter holiday season, carriers may take longer than usual, so we recommend ordering early if you need it by a specific date.

Customs, duties and taxes (outside the US) Orders shipped to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia or the European Union may be subject to import taxes, VAT or customs fees charged by your country. Any such charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless they were shown and collected at checkout.

Order tracking As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show updates after the label is created.

Shipping Protection You can add optional Shipping Protection to your order. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we'll send a free replacement. Without Shipping Protection, we'll help you file a claim with the carrier and track down your package.

Wrong address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away – we can update it only before the order ships. We're not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
