Does FrostFlick melt or heat the ice?
No. FrostFlick scrapes – it does not heat or melt ice. For very thick ice, run your car's defroster for a few minutes first, then scrape.
How do I use it?
Switch it on, hold the spinning disc flat against the frosted glass and guide it across the window in long, steady sweeps.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 60 minutes per charge with the built-in 3000mAh battery.
How do I charge it?
With the included USB cable. A full charge takes about 4–5 hours. The light is red while charging and turns green when full.
What's in the box?

How big is it?

Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
We ship to the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and all EU countries. Shipping is free to the US, Canada and the UK, and a flat $6.99 to the EU and Australia. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivery takes 7–20 business days in total, with tracking.
Will I pay customs or import taxes?
Orders to the US ship duty-free in most cases. Orders to Canada, the UK, Australia or the EU may be subject to import VAT or customs fees set by your country.

What are Shipping Protection and the 30-Day Warranty?
Both are optional. Shipping Protection ($4.99) gets you a free replacement if your package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. The 30-Day Warranty ($4.99) covers accidental damage such as drops or cracks for 30 days after delivery. Items that arrive damaged or defective are always covered free.
